Cookietree Bakeries began business in 1981 as a retail cookie
shop in
Today Cookietree Bakeries manufactures cookies for customers throughout North America, as well as Europe, Asia and the Middle East. As our business has grown, so too has our state of the art production facility. We go to great lengths to make sure every cookie you purchase from us will be of the highest quality possible.
No stone is left
unturned when it comes to maintaining product quality.
We perform over 750 quality checks each day as part of the
production process to ensure our cookies are within target
specifications. We use
Statistical Process Control (SPC), Hazard Analysis Critical
Control Point program (HACCP) and a strong Quality Control Check
Points program (QCCP) to guide our processes.
In fact, even with all of this attention to detail we insist
on independent audits at least five times per year by Food Safety
Organizations such as AIB and ASI to make certain we are in top
form. We consistently
receive the American Institute of Baking’s top rating each year. |
